I'm your point person for all things MINDBODY in and around the Boston area, bringing you health and wellness events, insights, tips, and updates straight from MINDBODY HQ.

Yoga is one of my favorite ways to re-center and two of my favorite types are buti yoga and kundalini. For a sweat, cardio dance is my favorite – by far! I love finding new ways to reset and stay grounded whether it’s a hot stone massage or reiki appointment. I’m passionate about supporting the MINDBODY Boston community and I hope I can get to know you at one of our local events.

You’ll also get a look at national trends from Amaya Weddle, senior director of research and experiences at MINDBODY.

We'll follow up the Wellness Index data with a panel of local Boston experts who will help share how these trends can inform different ways for you to enhance your customer's touch points with your brand. We'll cover topics like user experience on your website and building community online and offline!
